12 months ago, Rhino Water Tanks announced the release of the NEW Rhino Safeguard Series of tanks which have taken the fire protection industry by storm.

Unique to Rhino Water Tanks, the Rhino Safeguard Series has been developed in response to the growing need to ensure your water tank has the best chance of surviving a bushfire. The dimensions and capacities of this new range of tanks are the same as the standard range; however the NEW 3 stage dual skin insulated protection system has a 130mm air gap between the existing tank wall and an outer shell to help protect the tank proper and the liner.  Another significant feature is that the outlets are actually fitted through the bottom of the tank and plumbed underground to prevent damage during a fire front. An additional Galvanised Valve Access Box is also fitted to enclose the valves at their surface exit point as well a sprinkler mounted on the roof and plumbed to the tank for an added cooling effect.
